How long does a cleaning take?
Depending on the condition of the car seat, the full process — from disassembly to washing, detailing, air drying, and reassembly — takes approximately 24 hours from pickup to drop-off.

 Are your cleaning products safe for my children?
Yes! I only use non-toxic, eco-friendly, chemical-free, and vegan products that are safe for children and gentle on fabrics.

 Do you offer pick-up and delivery?
Yes, complimentary drop off and pick up within a 10-mile radius. For a $10 fee, I provide pick-up and delivery within a 20-mile radius. Beyond a 20-mile radius, I will provide a custom quote. 

 Do you take apart car seats?
I remove covers according to the manufacturer's instructions, but harnesses and safety structures are never altered.

 How often should a car seat be cleaned?
Every 3–6 months is recommended, or more often in cases of allergies, spills, or illnesses.

 What form of payment do you accept?
Venmo, PayPal, and Apple Pay.
